Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding industry while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1.    Prospect and identify potential real estate clients through various lead generation   methods.

2.    Conduct property tours and provide information on available listings to prospective buyers.

3.    Assist clients in evaluating their needs and financial abilities to propose suitable properties.

4.    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

5.    Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure successful transactions.

6.    Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local real estate developments.

7.    Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and promotional campaigns.

8.    Attend real estate events, open houses, and networking functions to expand your client network.

9.    Prepare and maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client communications.

10. Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the entire sales process.
