Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of Corpbiz Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to drive business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and generate a pipeline of sales opportunities.
Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and attending meetings to present Corpbiz services to prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Track and report on sales progress and key performance metrics.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and the latest business solutions offered by Corpbiz.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
