Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in local and/or required languages.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Immediate joiners preferred.
1–3 years of prior telecalling or customer service experience
Also Sales experience with customer handling.
