Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting outbound calls to a database of prospective customers, identifying their needs, qualifying them and creating a pipeline for the next steps in the sales process.
• Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead or is dropped from the sales process.
• Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated
• Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required.
