Role Description
this is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at NoBroker.com ir Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products and services through presentations and events.
Qualifications
Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends.
Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Any under graduation / post graduation.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
Decision making skills.
Language required: English & Hindi and Kannada,Tamil.
Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
Comfortable with working 6 days and a day off on week day.
Role and Responsibility - Inside Sales Executive
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects recommending solutions.
Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities.
Secondary data sources, trade and work on new leads.
Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation.
About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee
to understand end to end process.
