Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills in English and local languages, and a passion for sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting eyewear products, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Invite customers warmly with a friendly smile and professional etiquette.

• Sales & Target Achievement: Proactively promote and sell eyewear products while meeting individual monthly sales targets.

• Product Demonstration: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear options by demonstrating product features.

• Showroom Operations: Ensure the showroom floor is well-maintained and operates smoothly to enhance customer experience.

• Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that complement their preferences and style.

• Stock Management: Keep track of inventory and restock displays as needed.

• Billing & Documentation: Process transactions accurately and manage customer records efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales (preferably in fashion, eyewear, or accessories). Fresher’s are also welcome

• Good communication skills in English and local languages.

• A pleasing personality with a professional and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to understand customer preferences and provide styling suggestions.

• Sales-driven mind-set with a willingness to achieve and exceed targets.

• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is a plus.

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
