Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Executive to manage customer communication, handle quotations, and coordinate with the field team. While the role is primarily office-based, 1–2 client visits per week may be required, and all site visit expenses will be covered by the company. Incentives will be offered based on performance and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.

• Present curtain options, designs, and customization features.

• Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements.

• Coordinate with the field sales and measurement teams.

• Occasionally visit clients (1–2 times a week) for meetings or follow-ups.

• Maintain customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales logs.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales,

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

• Organized, responsible, and customer-focused.

• Willingness to make occasional client visits when required.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)
