We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive for DRSLinx Logistics Worldwide in Pune. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with good convincing communication in English or Marathi skills and few years of relevant experience in sales or business development are ideal for the position. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share, and build client relationships within the freight forwarding industry, focusing on both air and sea freight.

2. Negotiate directly with vendors for freight services, including containers, breakbulk, air charters, liners, agents, transporters, customs house agents (CHA), and other third-party vendors.

3. Provide quotes, follow up on leads, and convert quotes into orders.

4. Coordinate with the operations team after order confirmation to ensure smooth execution and provide updates to customers.

5. Manage post-delivery activities, including ensuring timely payments from customers.

6. Review and coordinate vendor invoices and payment processing with the accounts department and sales head.

7. Collect and report customer satisfaction feedback for each shipment.
