About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales efforts for our exclusive farmhouse project. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, strategize sales approaches, and ensure targets are achieved while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the tele sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the farmhouse project.
3. Conduct regular training and support sessions for the sales team to enhance their performance.
4. Oversee inbound and outbound sales calls to ensure effective client communication and engagement.
5. Maintain and analyze sales reports to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
6. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage site visits and deal closures.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
8. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Resolve client issues and queries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
10. Manage and update leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system for accurate records and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or high-value projects.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and English.
4. Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
6. A self-starter with a results-oriented approach and a track record of achieving sales targets.
7. In-depth understanding of real estate sales and client requirements.
