Job Summary:
Augmintech Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our partnerships and drive growth in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for forging strategic business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B and university tie-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and industry professionals.
Generate leads and drive enrollment for our courses through strategic partnerships.
Conduct presentations and meetings to promote Augmintech’s services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, partnerships, and university tie-ups.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
