Job Title: Sales Manager/BDM (IT Sector)
Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Salary Range: ₹70,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to documentation and deal closure. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to travel as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through the company website and other channels, ensuring timely communication and conversion.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare and share accurate quotations, proposals, and other necessary documentation with clients.
Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and service commitments.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Client Visits & Meetings: Conduct on-site visits to client premises for discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel based on business and client needs.
Email & Communication Management: Handle client inquiries and communication professionally through email and other channels.
Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory experience in the IT industry (Candidates from other industries will not be considered).
Proven track record of success in IT sales, business development, or account management.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
