Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and investors.
Deal Closure: Oversee the sales process, negotiate deals, and ensure successful closures.
Market Analysis: Monitor real estate trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to enhance client experiences.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales performance reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics.
Understanding of market dynamics and real estate regulations.
