Have a deep Understanding of the Local market and a proven Track record of Helping clients find their Dream House. Depth knowledge of RERA allows to provide Valuable Insights and Guidance to both Buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
Handling clients and helping them to find their perfect homes by doing market analysis.
Converting live leads to potential client base by briefing them about the project via telephone.
Outbound Calling and generating leads of concrete buyers.
To boost sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers.
To understand customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently.
Manage all systems of prospect clients, lead generation database management.
Go the extra mile to meet the sales target and facilitate future sales.
Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
The Person
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Strong multitasking abilities.
· Detailed Oriented
· Good Communicator
Education and Industry Exposure
· MBA (Business Management) or Any Graduation
· Freshers / Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience
Communication: Must speak English or Hindi and Marathi language.
