Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced IT Sales Manager with 3+ years of proven success in technology sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT products and services. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team (if applicable), and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).
2 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3 Understand customer requirements and present appropriate IT solutions.
4 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
5 Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
6 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
7 Collaborate with internal teams including technical, marketing, and customer support.
8 Track sales metrics and generate reports on performance, forecasts, and market trends.
9 Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
3 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT industry.
4 Strong understanding of IT solutions (e.g., software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure).
5 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6 Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
7 Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
8 Willingness to travel as needed.
