Job Description:
MRJB Realty Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the real estate market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales strategies.
Handle client queries, property site visits, and negotiations leading to successful deal closures.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
