Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves visiting Indian Army regiments and units to educate and assist personnel in making informed financial decisions. The ideal candidate must be adept at both telephonic and in-person client conversions, ensuring maximum outreach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit Indian Army regiments and units to conduct financial awareness sessions.

• Present and promote Dhanraksha’s financial products tailored to defense personnel.

• Engage in telephonic and in-person sales efforts to convert potential clients.

• Build strong relationships with military personnel to understand their financial goals.

• Provide personalized recommendations on wealth creation, retirement planning, and tax optimization.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic engagement and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance or Business-related preferred).

• Prior experience in sales, financial services, or client relationship management is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with defense personnel and understand their financial needs.

• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.

• Willingness to travel within Bangalore and to various army units as required.
