Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of residential and commercial real estate properties
- Handle client inquiries and provide consultations for investment decisions
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business
- Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs with clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign planning
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data regularly
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
