Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach to potential customers to generate leads and secure sales. ● To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, Outreach and Prospecting. ● Build a corporate database and be responsible for the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure and then account management. ● Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools. ● Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients. ● Target a specific set of customers and figure out a way to reach out to the decision maker and close the deal. ● Drive partnerships that can help with lead generation and consequently deal closures. ● Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. Pipeline Management: ● Build and manage a sales pipeline to track progress and prioritize efforts for maximum efficiency. ● Utilize CRM tools to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities. Product Knowledge: ● Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers. Continuous Learning: ● Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends. Customer Engagement: ● Foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up. The traits and qualities we want to hear from you. ● Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing/Business or related field. ● 3+ years of experience in Corporate/B2B outbound Sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Enterprise sales, banking sales, media sales, or hospitality sales. ● Experience with Corporate/B2B outbound Sales, Account Management and Outreach. ● Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position ● Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
