Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Team Lead – B2B Sales who will play a key role in driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and team performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a motivated sales team while achieving individual and group sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of B2B sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the IT services/media domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Create effective sales strategies and execution plans.
Drive team performance through regular training, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns.
Monitor sales metrics and generate regular reports for management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B Sales (preferably in IT services or media sales).
Team leadership or supervisory experience is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT service solutions and client business needs.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
