We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching our software services, and closing sales. This is a target-based role, where performance will be measured against predefined sales goals.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present, promote, and sell BrainCave's software products and IT services to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor customized IT solutions accordingly.
Conduct product demos and coordinate with the technical team for solution presentation.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date sales activity records.
Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to align efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT/software industry.
Strong understanding of IT products and software solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to handle sales pressure and meet aggressive targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
