We’re seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Electrical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the solar energy sector. This role bridges technical expertise and sales strategy to deliver customized solar power solutions to clients across commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
Provide technical consultation to clients on solar system designs, components, and benefits.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stay updated on solar technologies, regulations, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sale.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in solar energy or electrical systems.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and BOS components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and system designs.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic project management.
