About Talinkd Solutions:
A consulting startup with goal to provide whole range of HR solutions at Hiring, Staffing, Outsourcing, Automation. We are a bootstrapped firm in early stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation through various channels (Cold Calling, Networking, Digital Outreach, etc.)
Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pitch Talinkd's services across Permanent Hiring, Temp Staffing, US Staffing, Singapore Staffing and HR Outsourcing.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships through consultative selling.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including contract finalization and mandate handover.
Manage ongoing client mandates, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as Temp Staffing, HR Outsourcing, Payroll, and Culture Projects.
Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure quality and timely delivery on assigned mandates.
Participate in special projects across hiring, market research, or internal initiatives (if interested).
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B business development or client acquisition, preferably in HR services or allied sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
Comfort in managing multiple client mandates simultaneously.
Passionate about helping companies build better teams and processes
Working Condition:
Location: Sector 51 (Work from Office)
Working Days: 5 days a week (Sat/Sun – your choice, no calls unless the world is on fire)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (and you log off after that)
