Key Responsibilities:
· Outreach and Appointment Booking: Proactively reach out to colleges and universities to book seminar and workshop appointments, ensuring comprehensive follow-up throughout the process.
· Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to leads provided by the team lead, clearly articulating the courses offered by Tap Academy and addressing any queries.
· Inbound Support: Receive inbound calls and provide detailed information about the courses offered by Tap Academy, facilitating an informative experience for potential students.
· Product Knowledge: Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of the courses offered by Tap Academy to effectively communicate their advantages to prospective students.
· Counseling Compliance: Adhere to the organization’s policies and regulations while providing face-to-face counseling to students, ensuring a professional and informative experience.
· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set targets as established by the organization, ensuring a comprehensive conversion process for leads.
· CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools for effective lead distribution and management, ensuring accurate logging of all interactions.
· Continuous Skill Development: Upgrade skills in relevant technologies and methodologies to contribute positively to the organization’s growth.
Requirements:
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to colleges and universities as required to facilitate outreach efforts.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences.
Technical Proficiency: Personal laptop required for work purposes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
