Key Responsibilities:
● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives to ensure their professional growth and achievement of targets.
● Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and drive individual and team sales targets aligned with business objectives.
● Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance revenue and market share. ● Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
● Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance using sales data and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
