Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of demo sessions, customer interactions, and feedback for continual improvement.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance product knowledge.
Support the training of sales teams on product features and technical aspects.
