Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and referrals to close sales.
Customer Relationship: Build rapport with customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
CRM Management: Update customer interactions and track leads using CRM software.
Referral Program: Encourage customers to use the referral program to bring in new clients.
Experience: 6 months - 2 years in telesales or customer support (F&B industry preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Sales Skills: Persuasive and confident in handling objections.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to use CRM software and maintain lead data.
Self-Motivated: Result-driven with a hunger to achieve targets.
