Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify potential customers who are interested in our products or services.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.
4. Sales Pitch: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services.
5. Data Entry: Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in our CRM system.
6. Meeting Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
7. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
