We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Retail Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers over the phone, promote our jewellery collections, and drive sales through excellent product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Introduce and explain jewellery collections, offers, and benefits clearly and professionally.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Keep detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to align sales strategies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
1–2 years of experience in telesales, retail sales, or customer service (preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
Good understanding of jewellery trends and customer preferences.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
