We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our networking group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential members, engaging with existing members, and promoting networking events and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to expanding the group’s network.
Make outbound calls to potential members to introduce and promote the networking group.
Follow up with leads and convert them into active members.
Maintain a database of contacts and update call records.
Build and maintain relationships with existing members to ensure engagement.
Provide information about upcoming networking events, meetings, and membership benefits.
Handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Achieve membership targets and contribute to the group's growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to enhance outreach strategies.
Proven experience as a telecaller, sales executive, or in a similar role.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
