We are looking for a results-driven Telecaller Outbound to join in Mumbai, Ghatkopar West. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹22000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential donors from provided leads.
Explain the purpose of fundraising campaigns and how donations make a difference.
Build rapport with donors and encourage contributions.
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and pledges.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly fundraising targets.
Handle donor queries and provide necessary information.
Follow up with interested donors to ensure successful contributions.
Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have 12th Pass and 0-6 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Cold Calling is an added advantage.
