Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. Provide detailed product information and explain benefits to potential customers. Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Record and update customer information and interactions in the database.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or call targets.Upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.Follow-up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.Assist in coordinating appointments or sales demonstrations if necessary.Requirements:Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role (preferred).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to persuade and engage customers over the phone.Good interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.A customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or degrees are a plus).Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.Knowledge of telemarketing techniques.Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable).Benefits:Competitive salary and incentives based on performance.Opportunity for career growth and development.Training and development programs.[Additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, etc.]
