We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader with at least 5 years of real estate sales experience to lead and manage our property sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the sales process.
Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and trends.
Set clear team goals and KPIs, and monitor performance regularly.
Guide team members on lead generation, client handling, site visits, and deal closure.
Assist in high-value negotiations and complex client requirements.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign inputs and lead flow improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all sales activities are recorded and tracked through CRM systems.
Prepare sales performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
Deep understanding of the real estate market, buyer behavior, and sales cycles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
