Position: Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team to close deals.
Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and presenting the right service package.
Package Selling: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our service packages to prospects.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers and handle objections professionally.
Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain a follow-up system to ensure customer engagement and increased conversion rates.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
CRM Management: Update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow-ups.
Market Research: Understand customer needs, competition, and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Tele Sales, Outbound Calls, or Sales Process (6 months – 1 year) in any industry (preferably service-based).
Strong Communication Skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred).
Persuasive Selling Ability – Must be confident and skilled in convincing potential customers.
Target-Driven & Self-Motivated – Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Good Negotiation & Objection-Handling Skills – Ability to handle different types of customers effectively.
Basic Computer Knowledge – Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Time Management & Organizational Skills – Ability to prioritize leads and calls efficiently.
