Hotel & Flight Bookings: Manage and coordinate hotel reservations, flight bookings, and other travel services for clients. Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with customers, provide consultation, and address their travel inquiries. Coordination & Execution: Ensure smooth execution of travel plans, coordinating with service providers, airlines, and hotels. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for document submission, payments, and travel updates. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest travel trends, new destinations, visa policies, and package offerings. Problem Resolution: Address any travel-related issues or concerns and provide timely solutions to clients.
