Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Designation: - Travel Executive
Experience: - 1-2 Year
Qualification: - Any Graduates
Roles & Responsibility: -
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and booking travel arrangements for clients, which may include flights and railway facility.
Provide the briefing of the travel portal to the clients and elaborate the processing and function of portal.
Enrollment and registration of travel agents and clients.
Handle all travel agents and the processes that follow after.
Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport.
Provide clients with relevant travel information, travel advisories and itinerary changes.
Handle client inquiries and provide support to the client.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and client communications.
Skills Required: -
Must have effective communication skills.
Candidate should be active listener and speaker.
Candidate should be empathetic in nature.
Good Knowledge of MS Office.
