3. Enforcing Hostel Rules & Regulations:

• Ensure hostel policies regarding curfews, noise levels, and resident conduct are followed.

• Monitor for illegal activities, substance abuse, or disturbances.

• De-escalate conflicts and report any misconduct to hostel management.

4. Incident Reporting & Documentation:

• Record security incidents, suspicious activities, and any rule violations in a nightly log.

• Communicate important updates to the hostel management.

5.Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.

• Physically fit and able to perform duties such as patrolling and standing for extended periods.

• Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
