Security Supervisor

• Supervision and Management:

  • Supervise and direct the activities of security personnel, including security guards and desk clerks. 

  • Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and development. 

  • Ensure that security personnel are following established procedures and protocols. 

• Security Operations:

  • Oversee and coordinate security operations, including patrolling, monitoring, and access control. 

  • Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly to security breaches or incidents. 

  • Implement and maintain security procedures and protocols. 

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security policies. 

• Incident Response:

  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of people and property. 

  • Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies. 

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents, activities, and observations. 

  • Prepare and submit security reports and documentation as required. 

• Other Duties:

  • May be responsible for inventory control, access control, and other security-related tasks. 

  • May be involved in developing and implementing security plans and procedures. 

  • May be required to assist with investigations and other security-related tasks.
