Job Title: English Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and dynamic English Trainers to join Quest. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ communication skills, building their confidence, and helping them develop strong English-speaking abilities through creative activities, projects, and classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive English sessions for school students (Grade 1 to Grade 10).

Develop students' speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.

Use creative teaching methods such as roleplays, debates, skits, games, and projects.

Prepare students for events like English Fairs, public speaking activities, and stage performances.

Track and monitor student progress and maintain necessary records.

Motivate and encourage students to use English in daily conversation.

Coordinate with school management and Quest team regularly.

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment.

Skills Required:

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Good communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

Creativity and ability to engage students through activities.

Confidence in public speaking and giving presentations.

Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (English or Education background preferred but not mandatory).

Passion for teaching and working with children.
