Job Description:

We are looking for a Central Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Day Care & Preschool (Play Group, Jr. KG, Sr. KG). The ideal candidate should have experience in early childhood education and child care management, with strong leadership skills to manage staff and ensure a nurturing and safe environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day Care & Preschool Management: Supervise daily operations, ensuring a structured, safe, and engaging environment for children.

• ⁠Staff Supervision: Lead and manage daycare and preschool staff, including teachers and caregivers, ensuring they follow policies and child care best practices.

• ⁠Child Care & Safety: Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and well-being for all children, addressing their physical, emotional, and educational needs.

• ⁠Parental Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.

• ⁠Activity Planning: Oversee the implementation of age-appropriate activities, learning programs, and play-based curriculum.

• ⁠Administrative Duties: Maintain attendance records, staff schedules, and compliance with child care regulations.

• ⁠Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Handle any issues related to staff, children, or parents effectively.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in early childhood education, daycare management, or preschool administration.

• ⁠Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• ⁠Ability to handle children with care, patience, and empathy.

Basic knowledge of child safety protocols and first aid is a plus.
