Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead - Teaching Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and embedded systems, along with prior teaching/training experience. As a lead faculty member, you will play a key role in curriculum delivery, mentoring students, and leading academic initiatives related to embedded systems and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in Embedded Systems, Electronics, •Microcontrollers, IoT, and related subjects.

•Design and develop course materials, lab exercises, and projects.

•Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and industry collaborations.

•Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and project evaluations.

•Keep up-to-date with advancements in embedded technology and electronics to enhance course delivery.

•Coordinate with other faculty and management to ensure smooth academic operations.

•Organize and participate in seminars, industrial visits, and guest lectures.

Key Requirements:

•M.Sc. Electronics / B.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.

•2-3 years of teaching or training experience in electronics/embedded systems.

•Strong technical knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, PIC, ARM), embedded C, and circuit design.

•Hands-on experience with hardware and software tools related to embedded systems.

•Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

•Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.

•Preferred Skills (added advantage):

•Knowledge of IoT platforms and sensors.

•Exposure to simulation tools like Proteus, MATLAB, or Multisim
