Qualification : I.T.I/Diploma/12th in Electrical or Electronics or Hardware & Software Networking Engineering 

(He should have some knowledge of handling appliances only, no job exp required)

Salary & Benefits : 12k NTH (NO PF & ESIC Facility)

Job Role & Responsibilities :

1. Install, configure and perform repairs & replacements of faulty

Components, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and

safety standards.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues related to electronic systems.

3. Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email,

or onsite visits.

4. Document all service activities, including diagnostic findings, repairs

performed, and parts used, using appropriate systems and tools.

5. Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for

service activities.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize customer

complaints.
