Field Service Engineer

The Ideal candidate is responsible for Installation, repairs and maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of company's products at customer places. This is a field-based job wherein the respected candidate should be willing to travel 100%.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Only male candidates can apply (100%)

• Must be able to learn and understand products of the company and its functionalities.

• Must be able to do field service and sales of company products in and around respected area.

• Work closely with the service managers to address specific customer issues, understand it and deliver appropriate service.

• Proven experience in past as a service engineer or field service engineer, well versed in handling and servicing products that closely matches with company’s products.

• Educate and explain the customers on company’s products and attract new business.

• Update oneself regularly on company’s current products and its functions.

• Possess through knowledge (both theoretical and practical) in product’s core functionalities.

• Ensure to be available on timely basis in customer places based on calls assigned to deliver prompt service.

Product category: Medical equipment’s (CSSD equipment’s, oxygen generator and OT products).

Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel pan India.

Qualification: B.E (or) BTech EEE, Instrumentation engineering, ECE and mechanical engineering.
