An MEP Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in housing projects. This role ensures that all MEP systems function efficiently, comply with safety standards, and support the overall project infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of MEP equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing issues.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of MEP work.

Requirements:

• Education: B-Tech in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in MEP-related work.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and Panel operations.

• Problem-Solving Ability: Identify and fix MEP-related issues efficiently.

• Team work: Ability to work with engineers, technicians, and project managers.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality and safe installations.
