Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and clearly document service requests.

Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work.

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles/items throughout the service process.
Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
