Job profile:
Education: Diploma (electrical / electronics) experience 2 year / Degree (electrical / electronics)
Candidate must adopt to technology quickly and be able to understand drawings and machine operations. He will be responsible for customer support onsite/offsite via phone, email and video call. He should be available for prompt / planned travels for onsite support / installations. He will also be responsible for final inspection, testing of machine and reports regarding his day to day calls queries and resolution to customer.
