Main Duties

1. Conduct proactive inspections of customer - site equipment usage to identify and preempt potential issues.

2. Carry out on - site maintenance of equipment for customers and collect detailed feedback on any encountered problems.

3. Provide training to customer maintenance personnel and manage the equipment acceptance process.

4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Train external installation and debugging teams.

Skill and Experience Prerequisites

1. Technical Competence: Demonstrate solid skills in mechanical and electronic systems, with the ability to handle complex technical tasks related to non - standard automation equipment.

2. Desired Experience: Prior experience in non - standard automation equipment, especially in the context of battery manufacturing or similar high - tech industries, is highly desirable.

3. Problem - Solving Abilities: Exhibit outstanding problem - solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
