Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Executive to join our team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MRP printing machines and batch coding machines. Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:
  Install and commission MRP printing machines and batch coding machines at client locations.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both on-site and remotely.

• Customer Support:
  Provide prompt and effective support to customers, addressing technical queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Product Demonstration:
  Conduct pre-sales demonstrations for potential clients and assist the sales team with technical insights.

• Training:
  Train customers and internal staff on machine operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.

• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.

• Feedback & Improvement:
  Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the R&D or product team for continuous product improvements.

• Inventory & Spare Parts:
  Coordinate with logistics to ensure the availability of required tools, spare parts, and consumables.

  •Minimum Qualification:
  ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Printing Technology.
