Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin to manage office operations and support our academic and admissions processes. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between students, faculty and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Maintain student records, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with faculty and management for student enrollment and course updates.

Handle office operations, scheduling, and documentation.

Assist in event planning, workshops, and seminars.

Manage CRM software or databases for lead management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: admin or management background)

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and CRM tools

• Ability to multitask and work in a team.

• Fresher or Prior experience in admin or academic coordination is a plus.
