Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, offering accurate course information, and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach potential students.

• Understand student needs and guide them about the right course and career opportunities.

• Provide detailed information about our courses, eligibility, fee structure, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Schedule counseling sessions, maintain follow-up records, and update CRM.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing guidance and support.

• Assist with campus tours, seminars, and open house events when needed.

• Meet monthly targets for inquiries converted to admissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Psychology, or Marketing).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing ability and customer service approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Passion for helping students and guiding their career journey.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in counseling, sales, or the education sector is an added advantage.

• Multilingual communication skills will be a plus.
