Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or higher education preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for recruitment events.
